Session: TOOLS FOR EVALUATING PROGRAMS AND SERVICES FOR ENGLISH LANGUAGE LEARNERS ACROSS TIERS
Abstract: The Bilingual Exceptional Students Model Demonstration Project addresses disproportionate representation of ELLs in special education. Project tools for documenting representation patterns, evaluating educational contexts and effectiveness of problem solving, referral and evaluation processes, monitoring literacy acquisition, and guiding eligibility determinations will be shared. Attendees will participate in activities demonstrating their use. (13161)
