Session: THE FUTURE OF SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER PREPARATION: CONTINUING THE CONVERSATION
Abstract: In this interactive session, a panel of leading figures in special education personnel preparation discuss their views of how and why teacher education will change over the next 5 to 10 years. Learn about the federal role in personnel preparation, the changing role of special and general educators in providing instruction for students with disabilities, the impact of emerging policy changes, and the significance of the rapid growth of alternate routes to licensing programs.  (13548)
