Abstract: With inclusionary practices, RTI, co-teaching, and other reforms sweeping special education, how students with learning disabilities (LD) have traditionally been identified and educated is changing. This panel of distinguished scholars addresses whether these changes are for good or ill and whether they ultimately will weaken or strengthen the construct of LD.  (13552)
