Abstract:	This session will explore how special education personnel prepare young persons with autism and intellectual disabilities to transition successfully into postsecondary education and adult employment. With the recent development of numerous postsecondary education and employment options for students with significant disabilities, secondary school preparation and transition support take on a new and critical importance.
