Session: POLICIES, TOOLS, AND EFFECTIVE PRACTICES FOR TRANSITION PLANNING AND SERVICES
Abstract: This session will offer an overview of current transition policies related to Indicators 13 and 14. Tools and strategies for ensuring compliance with policies will be addressed. Specifically, evidence-based practices in the areas of student planning and development, interagency collaboration, family involvement, and program structures to improve postschool outcomes will be presented.  (13563)
