Abstract: This panel of successful school administrators who began as classroom teachers/school psychologists will outline the benefits of SPED Administration as well as some possible paths toward a career in administration. Through real life experiences and results from research studies, you will be able to get many answers on the hows and whys of moving up the special education career ladder. Resources, strategies and "Maps" to negotiate around common pitfalls will be provided. (13623)
